Having visited China three times before to be on retreat with Teachers Lu and Ling, I can tell you from personal experience that it’s one of the most formative and change-making experiences of my adult life.
I intend to go again this year.
The course is from May 15th to June 7th 2024 (24 days – with two or three break days to go sightseeing etc..!)
The retreat will be like the others, Morning practice, theory sessions about the Trueself, Pre-lunch practice.
Afternoon break for walking in the beautiful landscape or sleeping!
Afternoon lecture and exercises, dinner and meditation, before collapsing into bed!
(The rooms are shared, but it’s possible to have a single room for an added supplemental cost of about £250 at the time of writing.. Limited number – book early!)
The retreat will have many teachers there, from China and the rest of the world. There will be many healing sessions, one to one’s and group healings.
As I said, these retreats changed me irrevocably.
It’s a great, safe way to experience China too.
The visa is pretty simple, the 30 day visitor visa is pretty easy to get these days.. I can help with that.
(Usually involves a meeting at the Chinese embassy in London..)
Many people across Europe will be going, I would like to lead a group from the UK.
This would involve us co-ordinating a flight from London to Beijing, and the a flight from Beijing to Chang Zhi City in Shanxi province where the retreat will be held.
Going as a group makes it much easier, we can look out for each other, and use my experience to guide us through the process.
The price is 16800 yuan. (£1850 to £1900 – depending on the exchange rate, and when you book.. Single room supplement approx £250 extra.. ) This price does not include Flights and transfers, just food, accommodation and teaching.
At the time of writing there are Air China Flights to Beijing (12th May, returning 8th June) for about £450
(A budget of £2700 to £3000 is probably required..)
The retreat is focusing on awakening the Trueself to bring about healing.
It’s for beginners and improvers alike. (People who are on Lu and Ling’s Healer and Teacher Training courses will be attending too..)
