Life is changing!

1. Before you can subscribe to my email, I need to ask your permission to STORE your data (safely) and to use it to send you Qigong related information
– You must tick the first box below to be able to subscribe.
2. If you intend to attend a class, I have to ask you to acknowledge the following.
I will do my very best to look after you, but you have to listen very carefully to what’s being said, do not over-extend yourself unnecessarily. Please disclose to me before you start class any issues you may have, and respect yourself, your colleagues and your teacher.
3. Online classes – In addition to the above, it’s a requirement of my insurance, that if you have NOT learned a move prior to the class, you MUST have your camera ON, and I must have your mobile number on file. (More experience students may keep cameras off.)
