What follows is from Caroline’s email…
“Dear Qigong Friends,
I have had a good response to the ‘Qigong Trip to Jianshe’s Retreat Centre in Hainan China – March 2010’ and five places have already been booked!!
This year the TOTAL cost of the trip has worked is £1289.00
This £1289 price quoted can only be held until Jan 21st, after this date the airfare may rise – by about £100, taking the TOTAL cost to around £1389
The cost of 4 Flights and 2 nights hotel in Hong Kong (until Jan 21st) is £687.00
Which you pay directly to the Agent – details are in the flyer attached. After Jan 21st this fare will rise.
If you put your name down with the Agent by Jan 21st (exactly as your first name and surname appear on your passport) He can possibly hold the cheaper airfare for a couple of days, before you have to pay..
The balance of the trip for the Hainan Retreat is £602.00 and is payable to me, by cheque or by electronic transfer by February 17th. I will send Bank details once you have paid the Agent for your flight and confirmed your intention to come on the trip.
If you would like to extend your trip to 4 weeks, there is an extra £325 payable to me for the Hainan Retreat Extension, the dates and details are in the flyer which I have attached.
If you have already let me know your intentions regarding the trip – please forgive me for including you again in this update.
