We will practise Lift qi Up and Pour Qi Down, 3 Centres Merge, and La Qi for Healing and a short talk on Sunday morning for those who are interested on ‘Becoming a Teacher of Zhineng Qigong’

The previously advertised – ‘Qigong for weightloss‘ workshop has been cancelled for these dates, and so a new opportunity may arise for a diffferent workshop.
If you are interested please email me. Ditto – If you may still be interested in an evening workshop at the Oval on ‘Qigong for weightloss‘. With 6 or 7 people I will still run this one for anyone in terested!
